For most outdoor projects and regular maintenance, you don't need to be home as long as we have clear access to the garden (and a power outlet if required). We pride ourselves on being professional, tidy, and respectful of your privacy.

Landscaping in East Sussex means dealing with the weather! If heavy rain prevents us from working safely or effectively (like during a delicate porcelain tile grouting or a fresh mow), we will contact you as early as possible to reschedule for the next available dry day.
